The timing could not be more critical.
As the UK continues to face significant energy challenges, the need for secure, reliable, and domestically produced energy has never been greater. Hydrogen has a vital role to play in strengthening energy security and enabling long-term self-sufficiency and this project is designed to be part of that solution.
This journey has not been without its challenges. There were moments of doubt, when the scale of our ambition was questioned. But we stayed the course, guided by science, strategy, and a shared belief in what we are building. We are not following the transition; we are helping lead it.
